How much caffeine is in a stick?
100 mg, from green tea leaf extract, not synthetic. About the same as a cup of coffee.
Can I have it with coffee?
You can, but count it. One stick is roughly a cup's worth. If you add coffee on top, keep the total where you're comfortable, and keep to two sticks a day.
What's actually in it?
Five actives per stick: L-Tyrosine 750 mg, Alpha-GPC 300 mg, L-Theanine 200 mg, natural caffeine 100 mg, and Vitamin B6 as P5P 10 mg. That's 1,250 mg of focus actives. Other ingredients: natural raspberry flavor, natural lemon flavor, citric acid, malic acid, Reb M.
Is it gluten free, dairy free, vegan?
Yes, all three.
Sugar? Sweeteners?
No sugar. No artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors. Five calories. It's sweetened with Reb M, which comes from the stevia plant.
Why a powder and not a can?
It's a powder because it had to be. Cans need preservatives. Powder doesn't. Doses this size don't fit in a can without swapping to weaker versions of the same ingredients.
Where is it made?
Manufactured in the USA in an NSF/cGMP certified facility.
How do I take it?
Tear one open, pour into 8–12 oz of water. Shake frequently. Take it 20–30 minutes before you need to focus.
How many a day?
Two sticks a day, max.
When does it kick in?
Give it 20 to 30 minutes. Take it before you sit down, not after.
Who shouldn't take it?
